How to make a request
Email support@gama.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us what information you would like us to find or delete and how you shared it with Gama. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or identity documents in your email.
What happens next
We will review your request and may ask for enough information to locate the relevant correspondence and confirm the request. We will delete information we can identify and are not required to retain. Some records may need to be kept where required by law or for legitimate security and record-keeping purposes.
Information handled by other services
If you contacted us through your email or phone provider, that provider may keep its own copy of the communication. You will need to contact that provider directly about information held in your account with them.
